Tomorrow Helge Hellberg’s new radio show, An Organic Conversation, will feature Mark Mulcahy, a natural foods industry consultant, and Jennifer Brower, a chef and nutrition counselor. They will dish on sweet potatoes and giving back (to yourself as well as others) during the holidays. The host of An Organic Conversation, Hellberg, went from a successful musician in Germany to a marketing manager for Wild Oats Markets in the U.S. to executive director of Marin Organic, a Marin, Calif.-based innovative association of organic producers dedicated to creating the first organic county in the nation. In 2009, Hellberg launched An Organic Conversation to discuss today’s healthy living challenges and solutions.
